German journalist Florian Plattenberg has reported that RB Leipzig left-back David Raum is on Manchester United’s transfer list.

The 26-year-old is considered a very good option for the new system under Ruben Amorim. And the club is keeping a close eye on him.

The player’s agent ROOF also has good relations with the Old Trafford giants, which should help make the move smoother.

Raum is currently out of action with an ankle injury. But is expected to return to full fitness soon, and selling him at the end of the season could be the best time for Leipzig to make the most money.

The 26-year-old has recorded an assist in six Bundesliga appearances this term. After ending last season with two goals and ten assists in 31 league games.

He can also play on both wings, and crossing and taking set-pieces are among his key attacking strengths.

Raum can also hold on to the ball comfortably and is excellent at blocking the ball. And Amorim could do with such an option in his team.

Raum’s contract with Leipzig expires in 2027, and he is currently recovering from an ankle injury.

Raum has been in impressive form in the Bundesliga and has been linked with Liverpool and Real Madrid.
